Auditions for Matilda Jr. are November 28.
There is a MANDATORY meeting for all students and families interested in participating in Matilda Jr. on Monday, November 13 at 6:00 pm in the Red Hawk Cafeteria.
Rebellion is nigh in Matilda JR., a gleefully witty ode to the the anarchy of childhood and the power of imagination! This story of a girl who dreams of a better life and the children she inspires will have audiences rooting for the "revolting children" who are out to teach the grown-ups a lesson.

Matilda has astonishing wit, intelligence... and special powers! She's unloved by her cruel parents but impresses her schoolteacher, the highly loveable Miss Honey. Matilda's school life isn't completely smooth sailing, however – the school's mean headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, hates children and just loves thinking up new punishments for those who don't abide by her rules. But Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and could be the school pupils' saving grace!

Scripts for specific characters are located in individual folders. Please use the folder labeled "Music" to access the tracks for the songs that are in the scripts.
Materials for the unlisted roles and the ensemble are all in a folder titled "Ensemble". (The Ensemble includes the Dads, Kids, Mums, Children, Parents, Little Kids and Russians)
If your student is interested in being part of the ensemble, they do not need to audition.
In the music folder are the guide vocals for practicing and the performance accompaniment for the audition. You should download both versions for your child to practice.
